Seriously fuck redcards. When I started there it was back in November. Ive now been at target for about 3 going on 4 months and all I’ve ever heard is “our goal for the day is to get 40 redcards” that is fucking impossible.

(2) That’s right. I have a genetic heart defect and over the summer I was suffering from some symptoms of said heart defect. I had a mild “cardiac event” and was put on medication and told I needed surgery. I missed two days of work and didn’t call in because, you know, I was busy having a fucking heart attack.

1 They talk to you in the most condescending way ever. When you aren’t getting red cards they’ll usually say some stupid shit like ” Are you asking every guest?” , ” are you telling them about the 5%?” Nah bitch I’ve been working here all this time obsorbing air and admiring the red paint

Likes(15)Dislikes(16) So my grandparent just died last week and i took two days to help clean and pack up their home and let my lod know, he proceeded to make a big deal about it, btw im part of logistics/flow team, saying its a reliability issue and basically told me to shrug it off.
Likes(24)Dislikes(6) Fuck rude customers. Yes, I said CUSTOMERS. Not fucking guests. Some people are nice. I appreciate those people. Other people make me want to run into oncoming traffic. Being a cashier has taught me what people can really be like… Rude, selfish, and inconsiderate.

Likes(16)Dislikes(4) I don’t care what anyone says. Cashiers have it the hardest, even hearing the phrase “Red card” makes my butthole tighten. You have to ask EVERY customer whether they’re buying a cartfull of items or just a pack of gum. And about 25% you get bombed out for constantly hounding them.
