Here’s a little bit about me. I am a minor (17), this is my first job, and I am a female employer. I’m a hardworker and i’m extremely outgoing with customers.
Its been about 3 months working at Target. I was excited to work here considering i’ve shopped here with my family for years. I enjoy working in Electronics, but overal hate the store and the dumbass LOD’s and shit.

(16) I started working at Target since October and like many, I made the fatal mistake of assuming it would be a positive experience. Now that I’m not working there anymore, I can reflect on how shitty it was.

Says ” its not how hard you work, its all perception ” really you leave 22-24 carts of stray on top of a 2200 RDC trailer. 368 FDC trailer and 2 pallets of McLane- zone- help work back room all for Flow to work..

I started working at target a few weeks ago, as it was my first job ever I was excited. I am a minor and I actually got a job because my family is currently homeless ( living in a motel) and we are barley able to pay to stay here ( a fact that my employers were fully aware of.)
Likes(47)Dislikes(44) I left Tarshit quick as hell. I saw how people were walking off the job but I felt like I could hold on up until one day. In our huddle the LOD insisted that we worked harder.
Likes(27)Dislikes(5) I have had a lot of health problems within my life, so most recently I lost a lot of hearing. 75% hearing loss, and I can only hear out of one ear with the low 75% hearing loss, other deaf forever. So I got that fixed somewhat by a audiologist to raise hearing aids to the max level, so I can hear a lot better but I have tinnitus ringing fuzzy of voice, music, and anything else.
Likes(9)Dislikes(5) I’ve been with Target for a little over a year. Before I got the job my health was pretty good. I’m not gonna say I was doing great but it surely wasn’t where it is now. I now have heart problems that require I take a good dose of medication daily, as well as seizures that would scare the hell out of anyone who was standing close by when they occur.

First off lets just mention the weird guy employees who follow you around and ask you millions of personal questions and when you tell AP he does nothing and you continue to feel uncomfortable at your job!

Likes(16)Dislikes(4) so I have been wanting to quit target for a long time, shitty customers and the red card bullshit was too much. I was a good person though and always got good surveys and was kind to everyone. I got fired today due to me not getting enough red cards… Has this happened to anyone else ? It was my first job so I’m really frustrated, I thought I was doing a good enough job. Any thoughts ?
