Warning: This is long but I need to get it off of my chest.
First off, I worked for Target for way too long, my own fault. I started in high school and worked there through college, I live in a town where it is nearly impossible to find a job that pays above minimum wage so between my raises and shift differential I wasn’t making terrible money for the area and I really liked my fellow team members.

(6) A few weeks ago, I made a post that barely summarizes the stupid shit I went through at Tarshit. Being stuck with trash and getting shit hours and constantly berated, etc. I ended up finding a full time job and didn’t even give my boss the consideration of a two weeks notice. I quit on the day where he writes the schedule for black friday just to stick it to the man.
Likes(22)Dislikes(3) I had always wanted to work at target because I like shopping there. There’s always cute girls, ALWAYS, and they have good stuff (better than walmart) and good prices. So I applied at the Escondido targets, (yes, there are two) and they sent my app to the new target in Del Sur. (This new one hadn’t opened yet).
Likes(16)Dislikes(11) So here it is. The Target that I work at scheduled four cart attendants to work at the same time on Thanksgiving. The four of us agreed that two would do the outside work and two would do the inside.

Likes(19)Dislikes(2) This year with new management something new was tried: all employees with more than a year under their belt were scheduled for 11 to 12 shifts on Thursday… AND EXPECTED TO RETURN FOR WORK SOMETIME FRIDAY AS WELL!
Likes(9)Dislikes(6) as promised here is my post and update ( i posted about a month ago). i made it past my 90 days but after dealing with this place for a mere 3 months enough was enough! i went on a filling out application spree and got a job at a company that pays me more , has advancement potential and actually treats its employees like human beings!
