Target Sucks - We Hate Target and We Know We're Not Alone.

Thanksgiving/Black Friday

So here it is. The Target that I work at scheduled four cart attendants to work at the same time on Thanksgiving. The four of us agreed that two would do the outside work and two would do the inside. I stayed inside, and made a huge mistake in doing so. As soon as the doors opened, I was told to get some flats from the back and to bring them to the front. 250 to 300 “guests” in the damn store makes it insanely difficult to get a flat to the front. It took 20 minutes to get the job done, and a lot of guests took some hits to the shins in the process. When I get to the front, I’m told to load up the flat with TVs and bring them to electronics. I get there 15 minutes later. Electronics tells me that the TVs go up front. An LOD even said so. I get the TVs to the front 15 minutes later. Instead of telling me on the walkie, they wait until I’m at the front again to tell me the TVs can be kept in the backroom. Again, another 15 minutes are spent trying to push a fucking flat across the store. When that’s done with, I’m asked to do a carryout. Okay, I can do that, no problem. I get their car loaded up, and then they look at what they bought. In that moment, they decide to return a huge item that is tucked deep into the vehicle. So, I unload the damn suburban, get the item, and reload the car. An hour after they left, the bitches returned. They started asking me about TVs (By the way, the bitches bought three earlier). I’m just a cart attendant bitch that was taking care of trash at the time. I don’t know the price differences, picture quality, or the fucking brand. I directed them to some stupid LODs nearby and got the fuck out of there. Well, the bitches weren’t done with me. They wanted to return one TV and buy another. I get the newest TV upfront for them, and guard it until they bring in the TV that they want to return. They never showed up. The bitches didn’t come back. If I see them again, I’m going to spit on their car door handles. So I get back to my job. The cart attendant that was supposed to be inside with me bailed. I didn’t see him again for the rest of the night. As a result; cashiers, GSAs, and LODs are pissed at me for not doing my job of taking care of the hangers or the trash at the registers. Bitch, it was just me working and I’d been busy doing shit tasks for two hours. Later on, I had to lean against something or I would have collapsed from exhaustion. An LOD saw me doing it and yelled at me infront of everyone that I had to stay busy. She hadn’t been doing anything all night. The only work she did was greet guests. Fuck LODs, man. Fuck them, and fuck Target.

    For sure, you got screwed over man. They all like keep working arrgh, and it's like umm I'm really exausted from taking a tv out, taking a tv back in, putting another tv back in, taking a pallet of tvs to front, to back, to front, to back room. My god they have got to be losing there minds. They can't make a decision of where to put something, agree with one thing, don't be like oh this that, oh no this way, no that way. What the fuck is there problem? It's like hello, we take these and put them someplace, not back and forth.

    too bad target couldn't have done what walmart did. Walmart cancelled black friday sales in the uk!
