Gosh I don’t know that I’ve ever seen such unprofessionalism from a company I’ve worked for. Recently during a shift it came to my attention a coworker was stealing. They wanted me to partake as well. I played it off and declined. As I am saving toward moving and losing my job would be a great draw back I decided the best course of action was to contact the lod.

So i think it’s all targets but they’ve been going through the tm alignment and eliminating positions as people leave. Like salesfloor is no long with and etl sl or etl hl. Its etl sf. The stl has been intentionally pushing people out. It is my theory..but it’s really apparent..that since we got this new lady she’s had a hidden agenda.

Hello fellow mistreated Target employees.
As of today, 9/24/14, the assholes at Tarshit 2082 have terminated me. Their reason: I did not meet the 90 days. That is bullshit because I started on July 3rd this year. I was less than 2 weeks from hitting my 3rd month. Their had to be more as to why they fired me. They want me to go pick up my check tomorrow so Im gonna tell those bastards off.

I was curious, does anyone know if disabled TMs get longer break and lunch periods than non-disabled TMs? If not… I think one of the laziest TMs I’m stuck with is totally taking advantage…

I work Flow Team. Our manager recently worked one morning unloading a truck. Work, I mean, stood off to the side and yelled at us for being too slow. Today, the another manager threw at least 30 boxes onto the floor. Is this normal? Does not seem very safe. It seems like they are more worried about their “hours” than employee safety.

Before I start I understand hour cuts are to save money and if you read my earlier post with the slow (flo) team at our store we are frequently over in hours thanks to them.
so on to why I’m here. Past two weeks I’ve been screwed over multiple times. So my boss promised me he would hire someone to help me and he held up his promise and hired this new kid. Good worker and picked up backroom pretty quick. So my boss said “this Thursday he’s gonna help you with the close for two hours.” Great I’m happy. Thursday comes around and my boss walks up and says “look I’m sorry but clerical (or whoever fucks with the schedule) cut the new kid so your gonna have to close alone.

I started cashiering at my Target store back in January of ’14. I had no idea what I was getting myself into, I just knew I had to start somewhere in this rat race. I was hired a few weeks after being sent home from a failed attempt at joining the military. Long story short I couldn’t complete boot because of physical and mental health issues. So I was already not very happy when I was hired. Embedded in my head was not to be a “dirty civillian” and a month later there I am.
No one really trained me, I just read the cashiering book and I was pretty much set. Several weeks later I didn’t feel any less worse about myself. Then it became months. Then about half a year I got my review.

It only took two weeks for me to see the Target that Target really is. Target reminds me of a Stephen King novel. I just started working there and on the first day the orientation leader contradicted herself. She said we shouldn’t come to work when we are sick but 5 minutes later she said we should be good employees and show up even if were sick. Which is it? I also asked about the data breach and what to tell the customer if they ask and she said she was over it.

Hello fellow Target loathers,
I’ve come to this glorious website today to share with you all that as of today, September 19th, I am no longer employed at Target!
No more worrying about absurd expectations of productivity, the “vibe,” guests, accuracy or any of that bullshit.
