What is the point of posting NOW HIRING signs if Target has little no hours to give team members? What is the point of getting a job that pays $10 per hour if team members get little or no hours at all? What is the point of making a shitty Starbucks schedule with no mid shifts so that we can get our breaks.

(2) Management sees you as numbers. 001 to 008 have not been doing there duties fast so they get penalized. I can’t even take time off for 2 months from now since ive been denied access by hire ups to log in from home.

First was over customer complaints over coupons that I was told not to take the second was because I was sick and sent home early since it’s now an “attandence issue” lol I’m probably not going to make it past my thirty days but it’s a nice thought that I will??

Not realizing there’s a different password/username combo for the pay and benefits site than that of eHR/Workbench, I tried several different passwords and got locked out. It’s hard to remember your current password when Target forces you to change it more frequently than your online bank account. In fact, it’s really fucking annoying.

Management is the fucking worse majority of the ETL’S and team leads have TERRIBLE attitudes and leading skills. So I come back from vacation this week to see we have a new STL. I though great we don’t have to deal with overbearing and micromanage old STL. Wrong I’m informed immediately he’s a complete ass whole. He has been there all of two weeks now and Team leads and Team members are not fond of him at all.

I literally have made a tally and reseted my password 8 times and unlocked my account 3 times in 14 days and still have not been able to do shit on their target ehr site

I put down open availability, bad choice obviously, because I figured this would help me get hired easier. When I was doing the interview the person asked me how many hours I would want, minimum and maximum, and I told them that I would like 40 but I would deal with at least 30. I was pretty happy that I would get at least 30 in this position and accepted the offer.
