Target Sucks - We Hate Target and We Know We're Not Alone.

So for the past two weeks i have been locked out of my ehr. I have called the help number thousands of times to fix this but nothing is working. I literally have made a tally and reseted my password 8 times and unlocked my account 3 times in 14 days and still have not been able to do shit on their target ehr site, because when I DO find success in unlocking my account,, reseting my passwordl and entering the new one, it directly either: a) locks me out again or b) gives me some useless error code that HR would TOTALLY understand.  The HR team keeps suggesting i do the same thing but aside from that I can’t do anything else. Now i can’t see my schedule outside of work, view pay, benefits, or anything along the lines of Target because a shitty security system is preventing it’s own clients from using it. I can’t even spell the damn web address right ( or some shit). Assholes

    Try a different BROWSER!!!!! I'm a big time Firefox user, but when I worked for Target Firefox would always bug out on me forcing me to use Internet Explorer. Try chrome! Try the new Microsoft edge formally known as internet explorer! I highly suspect one of these browsers will work over the current browser you use. It's not hard, matter of fact when it comes to the internet I'm sure an 8 year old could come up with this tech support tip.

    Forgive me Internet Explorer is still available, however, Edge is the main browser now for Microsoft rolling out with Windows 10.
