So 4 months I’ve been at target (kept after my 90 day contract). At first I loved it everyone ways nice got redcards. Now I dread going everytime I’m scheduled . We have 4 GSTL’s, 3/4 are great. The 4th one is incredibly creepy, talks to you like you’re stupid, and stands over people and tries to “train you” to get redcards.

Worried that they may need to talk to someone, I discuss it with my HR ETL, only to find out the next day that the team member has filed a safety plan against me for a restraining order at my HR ETL’s recommendation… How the hell is that my fault?

I started as a cashier like every single person who works at target and i enjoyed it, i got red cards at least 5 every week. Then we lost a cart attendant and then one quit so they decided since i was a guy i could do slave labor for insulting amounts of money.
Likes(32)Dislikes(18) Okay folks, before I begin my run down of how shitty a store my Target was, just to give you a little background info on myself, I’m 19 years old, Fresh out of High School, looking for a job that would supply my needs, I decided to target, and it all went downhill the day I was hired.

Literally the day after I sent my application to them online, I was called for an interview (I expect because of the high turnover rate). I both verbally acknowledged to the HR rep, a TL, and an LOD that I was applying for a part-time position and wanted to work no more than twenty-five hours max, as well as having written that in my availability sheets (I’m currently in college).
