Long story short… We lost our good hr woman and gained a bitchy girl that doesn’t even pretend to want to do her job.

I’ll call this little bitch Lori lol close enough… Anyway, she started working as our store’s Hr person (not a manager / just hr computer person aka sots there and does nothing) a few months ago and ever since she started shes had a fucking attitude and a resting bitch face.

I have been keeping my eye on this website for quite some time now, and since I finally quit Target I can share my story.

I was employed with Target for almost 5 years. I started off on the sales-floor the first year. Then I learned the operator. Then about 2 years later they asked me if I would be interested in doing the visual adjacencies and that’s what changed everything for me.

I quit two days ago I was called into the store managers office with the assistant manager. I was basically in trouble for using my cartwheel on my phone to help with discounts for guests. I was told I wasn’t allowed to use it for guests and that I was breaking company rules. I was told that if guests don’t get the cartwheel app I can’t help them.

I was in the break room eating my lunch with the logistics team, when my ETL brought in a visitor to talk to us. He was a man representing Untied Way. If you can’t pay your rent, or make enough to eat, this organization will help you do so. Not a single person in the room makes enough to put food on the table. He informed us that if we needed help, please come visit their head quarters in town. United Way is aware that most of us are going hungry. The worst part, Target knows, and has authorized United Way to come into their stores to compensate for the low wages and poor hours.

I’m the kind of person that almost never gets sick. In the less than 3 months I’ve been working at Target I’ve been sick 3 times, which is normally how often I get sick in a YEAR! Even worse than the attitudes are the illnesses and germs our “guests” bring through our lanes.

I never thought I’d end up here, since I thought my Target was such an awesome store and different from the rest. After being there almost 3 months, I learned I was horribly mistaken. Where do I even begin.

I’m moving to Hawaii from California and I would like to know if my pay is going to change? I make a dollar and 50 over minimum wage in California which is $12. I need to fill out important tax and such information and neef to know if my wages will change when I move?

I was scheduled 6-2:30 in shipping.  As usual, we had no orders.  They keep saying we’re getting 800+ orders, etc but it never happens.  I have been in this department since Oct 31, 2016.

So 8:00 rolls around, and we are DONE.  Nothing to pick, nothing to pack, and 4 people scheduled for the majority of the day.  I know what is coming…they will come “steal us” and put us in Flow, or on the floor.
