Chain of command
Got sent home early from work One day after getting in trouble for doing my job.
The owner of this company obviously doesn’t understand, or even know what the concept of the chain of command is.
A person CAN NOT efficiently work for two bosses giving them two different directions.
Fucking ridiculous!

If you're going to make a post make a post! This is nothing but scribble with zero clarity. The only profound thing you said was "A person CAN NOT efficiently work for two bosses giving them two different directions." Otherwise you provide zero information as to why you're fed up with Target. While working for Target I ran into similar issues. One manager would tell me to do one thing and then someone else would tell me the exact opposite. And rather frequently both people would be incorrect. I cannot stand either when I'm told to do something and the person telling me doesn't know the reason for doing it. Often while at Target I would be like why is that because and often it would be some BS answer that I called them out on. Now my final thought is this, obviously there is much more to your story or you wouldn't have been sent home from work.
