    What is the point of posting NOW HIRING signs if Target has little no hours to give team members? What is the point of getting a job that pays $10 per hour if team members get little or no hours at all? What is the point of making a shitty Starbucks schedule with no mid shifts so that we can get our breaks.

  • First of all, if your Target does not have self check out registers, BE THANKFUL! They are an utter mess with software issues and technical issues that makes it so difficult to run a smooth front end. Even our guests are angry and defiant about these self check out registers. If  they were put in place to replace team members then Target made a terribly mistake for now because they do not function properly.

    Worse and more worse

    Call ins…call ins…workers quitting from team members to team leads to senior team leads to etls as stores in general get worse and more worse coming into fourth quarter. Payroll hours being cut so much more work for those who do show up and loads of times the job not completed.

    RED CARD ETC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    DO YOU AGREE? ALL THE HARD WORK FOR GETTING RED CARDS IS NOT WORTH THE SHITTY RAISES THAT TARGET GIVES US EACH YEAR . I BELIEVE THE ONLY PERSON IN THE STORE WHO BENEFITS IS THE STORE TEAM LEADER.  THERE WAS A TIME WHEN CASHIERS WERE ONLY TO ASK GUESTS ABOUT THE RED CARD ONLY IF PROMPTED ON THE REGISTER BUT NOW THEY HAVE TO HARASS/ASK GUESTS EVERY SINGLE TIME.

    NEW STORE HOURS ETC

    IS YOUR STORE AFFECTED?? NO ONE INCLUDING THE STL AND ETL’S ARE HAPPY ABOUT THE NEW STORE HOURS WHICH TAKES EFFECT NEXT MONTH. DOES TARGET THINK THAT THEY WILL SOMEHOW COMPENSATE FOR OR CAPTURE SOME OF THE LOSS FOR ALL THE MONEY THEY HAVE LOST AND WILL CONTINUE LOOSING BECAUSE OF THE BREACH, THEIR FAILED AND ABRUPT VENTURE INTO CANADA WHICH WILL NEVER BOUNCE BACK, THOUSANDS OF UNPAID  DOLLARS WORTH OF MERCHANDISE EASILY WALKING OUT THEIR STORES DAILY DUE TO THEFT AND LACK OF SECURITY PERSONNEL IN STORES BY DOING THIS?. THIS COMPANY MAKES IT SO EASY FOR PEOPLE TO STEAL WHILE SOME  OF US  ARE US  HONESTLY WORKING OUR ASSES OFF WHEN WE KNOW THAT TARGET CAN PAY US MUCH BETTER.

    Police are investigating how a loaded gun wound up among children’s toys at a Target store in South Carolina.

    According to a police report, an employee at the Myrtle Beach store reported May 30 that he was investigating a possible theft when he noticed a black handgun on top of a superhero toy box.

    WATCH THEM BURN!

    Are you like me? You go to work and give so much of your self every shift? You avoid the negativity. The gossip.  The chaos but still try to shine with integrity from within? You know that it is hard. I am not at Target to make friends so to speak just to do my job and go home. You cannot really trust any one so you try your best to be careful at all times. We know that we cannot trust anyone in senior management. They are there for the pay check not that they truly earn any of it sitting on their asses at our expense. Hr etl has a wicked tongue and is like a puppet on a string…a string being pulled bythe stl. Shame. A damn shame. Senior mangement is what is phucking up half of these stores in district 311. So much fakeness. I do not and will never kiss ass. Sometimes i am at the edge of Heaven only to be taken back to abyss that is Target hell. Like Smaug from the Hobbit, i just want to watch them all burn! I just have to save myself.

    How many store closings will be announced nationwide before 2014 ends?

    How many more voluntary resignations at the corporate level before 2014 ends?

    How many more law suits before 2014 ends?

    How many more team members will quit when they get their shitty reviews and lousy raises if any at all?

    How long before Target’s systems gets breached again? They didn’t care about guests information being stolen in the first place did they now?

    When will Target stop hiring lazy ass sit in the office overpaid store team leaders?

    When will Target understand that in order to have green service scores they will have to have enough bodies in the building first to help guests?

    Anyone notice a longer wait time now for calls to refund authorization or guest relations?

    When will Target get rid of the Integrity hotline since team member complaints/concerns are never resolved anyways?

    RED CARD HELL ALL OVER AGAIN

    So Target was warned two months in advance that there might be a possible breach into their point of sales systems but they simply brushed the warnings aside and now this breach is currently  estimated to cost them over 400 million dollars. I wonder if the company will ever bounce back from this traumatic experience. So many law suits! They have since downsized in cutting back positions both worldwide and in the U.S. Local stores. Stores  have until September to get to head count so etl’s and team leaders whose positions will  no longer be relevant will have until September to get new jobs or perhaps transfer to another store in a different available position. NO severance pay is given to such. Through out our district, people are leaving the company regardless, STL’s included.

    To hell with Target. Guess the district manager, the district human resources manager, the group leader, the regional whatever title he was and s slew of target etl’s, some senior team leads and team leaders all who have all quit target-all from the Houston area must have seen/experienced the stressful, demonizing, outrageous company that target has become. Senior management in all of these local stores are harassing the hell out of team members about red cards even off the clock,by  text messages, on their lunch breaks, breaks, calling the the damn stores every 30 minutes to the hours to see how much red cards they store has!!
