  Target at the Grove, San Diego “worse company ever”

  I wouldn’t recommend this store or company to anyone. You’re better off flipping burgers or folding tacos in TJ. Hell you’re better off begging for money outside the target store on College Avenue and if you get kicked our and away from the building just come back the next day and do it all over again. Nothing surprises me coming from this store everyone is wack and depressed. Everyone hates their job but they’re too afraid to say something cause of retaliation.

  Those new debit readers are really cool and the latest in technology BUT hey there goes their yearly raise probably gonna suck more than ever. Upgrade the store but stop on your employees. Just feed them another disgusting hot dog for every fucking holiday occasion who wants to eat pig ears, buttholes and ass on a bun?

  Team members and Senior Team leads do one hell of a job but go without recognition! If only ETL’s could be more appreciative and show true and honest recognition maybe the store could be in better spirits.

   

  So much chaos and unhappiness at our store, no ones happy. I know a lot of people in this store and they’re all so unhappy and miserable. I see them and it’s like they’re another person when they’re at work. Unlike them at all. Why does Target have to be so controlling and Target is NOT the best company ever!!! That shit is overrated!!!

   

  Its a nightmare! Theres more than one Freddy Crougar in this nightmare though. People who’ve gotten fired are much more relaxed now and they all have real jobs lol. Team builds? What’s that? Vibe? What’s that? Promotions? What’s that? Good raises? What’s that? Hahaha this store is a joke!

  Cart Attendant Hell

  Most people will probably see this as an angry ex-employee that’s mad because he got fired. But this one is just for the archives, it doesn’t really matter if anybody reads this or not. This is for my own closure.

   

  Being a Cart Attendant at Target has made me feel the more insignificant and unappreciated than I have ever had in my whole life. It is one of the worst jobs in a retail position but it also happens to be the one of most important jobs. It’s like the big toe on the human body, it’s such a small, and insignificant piece. And you feel as if you would be the same off if you cut it off, but then if you tried to walk or even stand, you would fall to the ground. As a college student with no work experience, I wasn’t expecting anything much better, and I was willing to accept that, but a little bit of slack would have gone a long way for me.

  Fucking Redcards.

  Working at target fucking sucks. It is a fucking shithole. ESPECIALLY if you are a cashier or work at the customer service desk. A majority of floor leaders (not all of them, but most) act superior to you because they don’t have to work the registers. Listen here, motherfuckers. We have to deal with customer after customer, excuse me… “guests”, complaining over the most goddamn stupid shit I have ever heard of in my life, not to mention the FUCKING REDCARDS. Let me tell you something about redcards… NO ONE GIVES A FUCK. NO ONE WANTS ONE SO SHUT THE FUCK UP AND STOP HARRASSING ME TO SELL THEM. IF IT IS THAT IMPORTANT WHY DON’T YOU FUCKING GO SELL THEM ASSHOLE. Jesus fucking christ the amount of nagging you endure everyday to push the sells of recards is ridiculous. And the one day you don’t feel like asking because you feel like shit and don’t even want to be there, they come over and get mad at you about it.

  life in the ghetto can be an adventure but life at target is misery. Everyone is out for their own and can care less about the person next to them. If they like you them you have nothing to worry about but if they dislike you WATCH YOUR BACK!!! They are snakes and they will work their magic to get rid of you.

   

  I see a lot of cashiers and gstl’s get harassed over the damn red cards and wonder why they put up with that shit. The GSA’s are damn fools for doing the same as a GSTL but minus $3 am hour. Is it really worth it? I know they need a job but come on girls you’re all better than that. Target Cafe is hell and everyone seems stressed out. Hard lines well they’re away Fromm the front but I’m sure we have unhappy issues too. Backroom is really away from all the bullshit which is good.

  P-fresh have their own little world and can basically avoid the nonsense. Cart attendants: I admire them cause pushing carts is a bitch. Guest service is like a box of chocolates: you never know what you’re gonna get!!! Photo lab??? What’s that??? Oh the place that no one is scheduled at but there’s always random people at??? Oh yeah I know that place it just collects dust. Lets see oh soft lines it’s like a labyrinth, enter at your own risk!

  Fuck Target ETL’s at T1846

  They’re all a bunch of morons and dumb fucks. They can care less about team members as human beings instead they treat us like puppets on a string. All Erika J does is hang out in the AP office watching people on camera throughout her shift. She walks in pairs with other ETL’s like if they can’t work alone. Oh and I hope there’s not a backup in the front lanes cause none of the ETL’s respond to it cause they’re too busy hanging out in Callen’s office or Erika’s office having a buffet. Little does Rebecca know what goes on with her ETL’s once she’s out of the building. Everything is just so unfair and the stores morale is rock bottom…but who cares right? Just keep driving those fucking red cards…fuck all that!

  Very annoyed!

  So today, my friend and I have been calling every store that sells video games in the area, for Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It’s a very new game that’s been out for about 2 weeks now. None of the other stores had it in stock when we called, and when we finally called the new Target in Canada the guy said they do have it in stock. So, we got money for the bus and went all the way to the mall (about 20 minutes on the bus) and when we finally got to Target, THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE GAME. NOT EVEN A DISPLAY. ARE YOU KIDDING MEEE?!! I WASTED ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR 2 BUS RIDES (THERE AND BACK WHICH IN TOTAL WERE 40 MINUTES) ALONG WITH BEING IN THE STORE FOR 30 MINUTES SEARCHING EVERY AISLE AND ASKING 3 EMPLOYEES. SCREW YOU TARGET, GET SOME DECENT EMPLOYEES WHO AREN’T IDIOTS AND THEN MAYBE I’LL SHOP AT YOUR STORE.

  I hate Target

  I have been with my store for almost 3 years and get treated like shit every single day. I work in the cafe and get no respect even though I have been there longer than most the fucktards there. I ought to be manager but they keep hiring morons who are incapable of doing the most basic tasks (ordering, doing any work what so ever, ect).

  well tonight I had a group of guests straight from the pits of hell. Teens being rude, calling me names, cursing at me, just doing anything they could to make the last 5 minutes the worst they could. Well I was venting to my coworker behind the counter with no one in sight. not 5 minutes later the Lod comes up yelling that I was talking crap about a guest and they had called. ok I can admit that I was venting, hell she should have been happy I didnt yell at the guests themselves.

  This is where I get really pissed off, not 10 minutes after that do I hear my Lod bad talking another guest in the middle of the lobby. Hello – I just got yelled at by you for this and you’re doing it now? what the fuck ever. Target takes advantage of anyone they can. Half the people I know who work here have been had target steal from them when they leave. They withhold their last checks and shit.  They also refused to give me my paid maternity leave after approving it. but they lost both copys of it so I couldnt report it.  So glad I have an interview tomorrow and can hopefully leave this place forever. I wouldnt wish this place on satan let alone the fucks who were messing with me tonight
