Your job is based on the red card 1846
We shouldn’t get treated better if we get a red card on our shifts. Your job is balanced on that and I don’t think that’s fair. You can be a top performer but if you don’t get red cards you’re in the bucket with the rest of the team members.
WE SHOULD BOYCOTT THE RED CARD. I wish team members would unite and find a good lawyer and make a huge lawsuit against the harassment we get over the red card and I can bet that we would have the guests support on this because they hate it just as much. They too feel harassed. HELP US TO STOP THE HARASSMENT PLEASE!

Class Action Lawsuit time!!! Come on lawyers, you know you want a piece of that!
I never gave into when they would harass me, one of the gsas tried to say well theyll fire you if you dont get em, I said ok.
Down with the red cards!
We should call the "right" people and bring the union in. We need a "SALT" union person to get hired at this store.
CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT sounds really good right now too. My girlfriend knows a few lawyers maybe she can help us.
When review times comes around the cashiers will not be rewarded for their red card performance because of some stupid budget.
not for nothing but these GE's and ETLs and STLs need to cut it out with the "redcad is your core job role" with the cashiers. IT ISN'T AND WILL NEVER BE. It is specified in the employee handbook that we should be asking to get the redcards when prompted to do so. SO WAIT.. WE DONT HAVE TO ASK EVERY GUEST.. no technically we don't but they make us do that anyway. Let them fire me over redcards.. ill record it so unemployment can laugh at them just as I will! Class Action Lawsuit sounds wonderful!
