Why is target so stupid
Current employee at target for almost 3 years my job is softlines/fitting room and now my store manager wants to get rid of carts which we use to put stray in from the service desk and take it to the fitting room so I can sort it. She wants too small z racks and had another team member rolling around and put stray away. I told her it won’t work we don’t have the people or time and she doesn’t want me to leave my area to even put rtw (ready to wear) stray away. I can’t just stand there for 8 hours attending to guest that hardly visit the fitting room I got to do something. My store is out dated like it’s really old so we don’t have the fitting room like the remodeled stores. Lots of drama happens in my store and people get favorited and softlines is under appreciated. We cover beauty breaks do the price change research etc… its a lot of work and it’s not worth it the new A and A program is stupid we aren’t a boutique store stop trying to make us one.

Same! It`s like they don`t drink there coffee before coming into work! It`s like how are they demanding the most ridiculous things from you when they know it won`t work!
Target always want an upscale store. I don't think Target has the personnel to do that. The management is too unprofessional and the team leaders and team members are not trained right.
