where being young and perky is viewed as your best asset. This is the most backward company i have ever worked for. It is the most fake, concerned with the most ridiculos things on the planet. This company does not understand the meaning of being proactive. The management is totally reactionary they have no ability to look at a situation that has an obvious crisis brewing and do something before the crisis happens. leaving a 3 hour gap with no cart attendant, having no one scheduled to open or close the cafe. Every single day the same game is played with resources because these people have no clue. All they care about is pushing redcards and circling the survey.

It's been about 2 weeks now that upper management has left hour gaps in between cart attendants. I assume it's just a tactic in hopes of saving some money. Target is going down hill and fast.
lol maybe one of their suppliers is demanding to be paid asap and they're doing this to pay their supplier. they did claim to owe weston bakeries 114k in the creditor list in Canada. And target is pissed and taking out their anger on their employees yet again. According to target's website, they stock mazola oil which according to wikipedia though clicking a bunch of links actually is owned by one of the claimed creditors by target canada.
Hey target maybe instead of taking out anger on employees, actually pay your bills instead of declaring bankruptcy so they don't have to pay their bill.
Sounds bad, for my store it's quite the opposite though, we have enough employees for everywhere in my store, and 6 cart attendants guys, usually 4 a day and 2 are off. And we have more than enough of cahsiers, big time. Yet although we have more than enough of anybody in any area, they have we are hiring signs up outside an inside. WHY? We already have a bunch, we already have enough for everywhere and even more than we already need. What's that? Oh Taget want's to go bankrupt than by hiring too much and losing money profits. The only good news out of it is that anyone and everyone including me under $10 dollars an hour got a surprise instant $10 dollar an hour raise out of no where. I was siliently like, omg, finally we get paid good for suffering what we do.
They all look like deer caught in the headlights if you ask them one simple question. I was there 11 yrs i seen it all and i never want to see it again.ever see them walking around constantly with a shopping cart? i swear i seen a few comments on here by people saying that and i was like YES i seen it to so im willing to bet beong trained they are told "a good way of "checking on your team" is by looking busy" they are so backwards they can probably see themselves being born
