Update to T1349 Hell
My attorney has just flipped his shit when he heard of this second “my bad” situation regarding not letting me take my meal on time (diabetes). Please read my previous rant on the details. He has plenty of experience, wins, and I’m going to drill you second asshole attitude but he wants me to see another attorney who’s had big success suing big ass corporations (I’m sure he’ll get a “finders fee” which is only fair) and he’s won the Americas Best Attorney Award for like 10 years in a row. Missed 2 calls from him yesterday because I was working (he’s ready to see Tarshit bleed and put millions in his banking accounts) . What I thought would be a couple of 100 thousands now turns into MILLIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOD IS GOOD! Can I get an AMEN? Can I prove it was intentional and/or deliberate? Why yes I can. 1st time Manager (who wasn’t even the LOD that day) over rides GSA suggestion of a simple and logical solution. He 1. Should taken her suggestion 2. he was aware of my diabetes and 3. he put me 20 minutes away from their meal compliance which is discouraged according to their own policies and his PDA and/or MYDIVCE has alerted him I’m due (over due) for a meal.
2nd time GSA TL “forgets I work from 8-3” and there is absolutely no way he did not know that and he had been made aware of my diabetes since the first “my bad” situation. 1. He has the break out that is looked at 50 f’n times a shift (can you say cameras? there’s the proof on that one) 2. His PDA and MYDIVICES alert when an employee needs to go on a meal and he keeps this on his person tucked in his belt/pants on his back and I’m due (over due) for my meal. If they try to drag this crap out in the courts I’m going to work every day I’m scheduled. bust my ass, give good customer (yea they’re customers and not guest, look it up in a dictionary you stupid psychos ) service and just be nice as hell and SMILE and walk around the EVIL AND STOMP ON THE DEVIL.
I’m not quitting until my attorney tells me to, find another job or it doesn’t take long in the courts . Either way, I am strong and getting stronger by the minute, got the truth on my side, haven’t lied or embellished anything. THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH, SO HELP ME GOD. This is AMERICA not Nazi Germany. A parting note: ANY FELLOW TM, LOD, ETL, AND ESPECIALLY THE HR CLOWN WHO GAVE ME THE SHIT EATING GRIN reading this knows it’s me and if you don’t like it YOU CAN KISS MY LILLY WHITE ASS. I’M GOING TO BE RICH NOT WEALTHY (again look it up PSYCHOS) there is a difference. But at least JUSTICE WILL PREVAIL!!!!! Bend over and take it and Y’ALL ain’t gonna get any lube either not even some spit and when I get the money I’m going to find some street peddlers holding need money for food signs and pay them $100 to eat X-Lax and come shit all over the store (not me personally, I’ll hire someone to do it) Why? BECAUSE I HAVE MONEY AND I CAN. HAHAHAHAHHAH !!!!!!!!! (Insert musical notes here: AMEN, AMEN, AMEN, AMEN)

You're nothing but a Troll. Any decent attorney would advise against you making a post like this. All it does is jeopardize your case. Target could use them in the court hearing to prove that you're mentality unstable. Posting threats on the internet is never a smart thing. Your entire tone is foolish. No doubt in my mind you're a troll. If you're not a troll do yourself some good and get some real evidence because currently you have none! I've read both of your post and you don't come across as very believable. You just come across as childish and clueless. You don't stand a chance in court, don't waste your time troll.
