May 22, 2013 - F Target 15 hours
This is simply bullshit working here..
So fellow co workers, you know I honestly hate this fucking company. For it being my very first job I gotta say, its bullshit. I recently got my review and I figured it wouldn’t be that bad. Well apparently my hard work since last November when I got hired hasn’t payed off. This stupid ass team lead that is from softlines did mine, my overall score was IE (Inconsistently Efficient). I was like wow just wow. Its so fucked up because I get way more work done than a lot of people there. I get two zones done in the shitty five hours they schedule us. What it takes my co worker to do one area I’ve already done two. So my overall raise was $7 cents lol. Its funny because this company expects us to live off fifteen to fourteen and a half hours a week lol. Yesterday they called me and asked me if I wanted to work for four hours and I didn’t even answers these fucking assholes because I knew it was only going to be a few hours, which is why I never answer when they call me because of shitty the shifts are and how they think they can have me come in when ever they want because I’m Hispanic and can speak fluent Spanish. Today some co workers were asking me, “where were you yesterday, we needed you to translate” and I said a bullshit excuse because one, I don’t come in on Sundays I’m unavailable and fuck them. Its there fault for not giving me any more hours. I would never recommend this job to anyone only a high school kid to make some cash since they expect one to live off fifteen hours. Come on target you sell over $100,000 a day and you can’t pay your workers nor give us more fucking hours?? I am honestly so close to chewing out these fucking bosses. Honestly though guys and gals, what do you guys think would happen if we post this website’s link to targets gay ass Facebook page where they actually do respond. Fucking piece of shit ass corporate bastards. They can go to hell, target made $69,865 billion in revenue in 2012 and they can’t give us any hours?? Fucking cheap ass batches. Literally guys, think about posting this shit on its Facebook page..

I get the same "IE" on my reviews. It's sad but I've figured toward the end of my tenure at this piece of shit place that you must kiss a lot of ass to get ahead and to be recognized. So no matter how hard you work if you get can't at the attention of the STL, ETL, LOD, etc than your work will go unnoticed while the employees who are kissing butt get recognized and as a result get better reviews. Fuck Target.

But yeah I know it's fucking pathetic. Honestly this company should go to hell same with Walmart. So my Lod's have been saying their arent any hours payroll is low and then they hire two new people. Wtf!!!! I regret getting a job there for reals.
I was treated so horribly by STL and ETL that I can't believe I was there for 5 years. If I had stayed longer I probably would've gone postal. Karma is a bitch. I'll get my revenge; I pay my fucking dues already. If anybody ever treats me that way I'll be sure to let them know about it and get them back and let them see how it feels. FUCK TARGET.
Karma is a bitch i put up with thier shit for 6 years, found a nicer job got out my reward is my STL gets dragged out and all her personal effects are sized by the company, i don't know what she did but dam, to top it all off I play Magic the gathering and I have been pulling very price and rare cads left and right some worth 115 bucks! heh heh ha ha suck it target
After 9 years, I did not get a raise at all this year
should look for a different job somewhere else, 7 cents is pitful. I hear Joe fresh is hiring. Pretty good wages too. 😉 And raises aren't pitful either. 😉
