Target sucks and it will suck the life out of you

Greetings, I have been with Target with 5 years and it’s the worse place to work.  I can’t believe I have there for 5 years, however luckily I’m still young so I can make a break from this awful place.  When I first started it was fine and good until the reality kicked in that I was badly underpaid and treated by these scums of ETL’s and LOD’s.  I swear to god if I had a nickle for every time they called me on my days off to come in and work I would’ve been a millionaire already =).  Sometimes they would call me 2-3 times in a day; WTF?  STOP FUCKING CALLING ME YOU ASSHOLES!!!!

Another thing is that if you weren’t a favorite of the ETL’s than you didn’t stand a chance of being promoted or even treated respectfully; what a joke.  Mostly it’s the sales floor team that were the favorites of the ETL’s because they work so closely and they were included in the “huddles” with the ETL’s and LOD’s where as cashiers were treated like dirt crap.  I started off at $7.50 than got bumped because of minimum wage to $8.00 plus the generous raises I’ve received through the years which added to the total of $0.68; what an insult.  I have no benefits so pretty much this is a dead end job for me.  This place has bought the evil in me and so I’m leaving this awful place for good.  Our STL actually quit because she herself couldn’t take this crap even though she contributed to the crap; LoL. 

Target should be unionized to the fullest because of all the abuse and crap that goes on.  I’ve seen their anti-union video twice already and it’s a complete joke.  To those of you youngsters who have started at Target or who are considering working for Target; DON’T .   If you must work than only stay for a limited time maybe a year or so than quit.  Believe me the chunk change they pay you is not worth it. I’ve finally put in my 2 weeks notice will be gone for good by next week; I have no job lined up but that’s ok because I hate this awful place.  I’m planning on going back to school for my bachelors.  FINALLY FUCK YOU TARGET.
