T1846 the most unhappy store in the 201 district
This whole store is on a very low morale. We all wish things would be better, but that will never happen. Everyone is out to fuck you without Vaseline.
I wish we all had the balls to just say FUCK YOU and quit on all these dumb hoes.

Wow, it's pretty interesting to see how many people from this store are posting on here, and actually calling out their store number.
I think a strike would be amazing. Picketing, Union reps, get it started!
How cool is this another one from my store! We kick ass and I'm glad we are using this site to express ourselves.

@targetsucks: how can we go about starting this strike and or call in the union? I know it'll be a long on going battle but even if it takes long maybe we can help future unhappy team members. I'm not selfish or greedy I just want this fucked up company to pay for their awful treatment, unfairness, retaliation and favoritism. Enough is enough. It's bad enough we are underpaid but what's even worse is that we get shitty ass hours. Hours that no one can possibly survive off of.

But I agree with TargetSucks, striking would be hard unless A LOT of people did it all at once. Smaller groups will simply be dismissed and written off; especially with so many people desperate for work.

Strikes might be hard unless all the team members act like ACTUAL team members, and work together to form the strike. Follow McDonald's employee's strike as an example... They've definitely made the news, who knows if they'll get a livable wage or not.
If California is a right to work state as many other states are if you picket or cause a strike they will fire you and list it as "Job Abandonement" sorry if I mispelled that. That is how they will fuck you if they have the chance.
