Not Looking Back

Fast, Fun, and Friendly, not true. Part time with full time hours…low wages and a host of bipolar and unfriendly  TLs and LODs (mainly the ETLs and STLs). The teammembers are great, but oh some of those TLs and LODs. Leadership needs to step up their game when it comes to treating workers with respect. They are losing good people and the door will always be revolving as long as negative attitudes and egos are at the forefront. LODs, stop hovering so hard and wasting your energies on saying yes to everything. You complain about not making payroll but you are giving away the store each and every day. Don’t be so quick to assume that a teammember is beneath you. There are plenty of teammembers who already have degrees or are in school earning what some of you don’t have. And please never assume that someone is at Target because they can’t do any better. Some people are working there due to a variety of circumstances that may be TEMPORARY. They can do better and most likely will do better. All in all, I was brutally honest with my  responses on survey and people hovering around me, as I took the survey, did not change my answers or the way my finger hit the submit button. Target is a great store with great merchandise, but leadership is running the store into the ground.
