LIE FAKE PHONY CHEAT AND CORRUPTION
When I got hired I was told that if you available to work from 8am to 12:00am I would get more hours now I realized that is nothing but a god dam fucking lie, phony and fake. During the holiday season I didn’t get home until 1AM and I had to return back to Target at 8AM without enough time to sleep and no time to rest no overtime no benefit. After the holiday the LOD, ETL and TL wrote me up for not following instruction:
I was put on corrective action reports twice in less than 6 months for more lie, phony and fake. It is such a waste of money and time for those LOD ETL keep typing and typing, printing and printing, signing and signing those corrective action reports for more lie, phony, fake and making all those false statement sitting on that comfortable chair, while other TM are breaking their legs and getting backache standing on the selling floor working hard.
The corrective action reports are as follow:
“If you engage in further unacceptable conduct within your Extended Period, you will be subject to further corrective action, up to and including termination. Further, failure to meet the standards as outlined in this corrective action may result in further corrective action or termination, according to policy.”
Type of Warning Issued: COUNSELING
1. INABILITY TO PERFORM DUTIES IN A POSITIVE AND RESPECTFUL MANNER CONSISTENT WITH TARGET CORPORATION BRAND EXPECTATIONS. (Hell! I have the most departments to zone each and every single night)
2. FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. (Instruction? What instruction? I had some experiences when I came to work for Target so they assumed I know everything and expect me to perform my job and duty without any training. So bullshit to that instructions)
Every time when I saw TM Yelling and screaming “CAN I HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING? ………. “MORE YELLING AND MORE SCREAMING“ CAN I HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING???????……” COME ON YELLED SOMEMORE AND SCREAM SOMEMORE AND MAKE SURE IT’S LOUDER THIS TIME AROUND SO THAT THE WHOLE WORLD CAN HEAR YOU “ C A N I H E L P Y O U F I N D S O M E T H I N G ?????????……..” All I have to say is my heart goes out to them. Is this really necessary? It sounds like to me why don’t you get the hell out of the store and fuck you all. I’m so tired of this minimum wage job, part time with no benefit.
I just can not understand why????? when I question about my benefit I was told that in order to receive benefit from Target I have to work atTarget for 2 years but this is not what I was told from the team member hotline.
Not to mention it is like slavery each and every times when the Team Lead or LOD yelling and screaming about the red card to the cashiers. It’s like whipping a slave. Come on more red card we need more red card. How many Red card do we have today? But is slavery against the laws in this 21st century? Is slavery illegal in today society or what? How does this even happening at Target the second biggest giant department store in the USA, after Walmart.
So instead of using cashier why not kiosh, self-service checkout. Allow the guess to pay by themself.
I was also told during the orientation that if anyone go on facebook they’ll get fired and then I found this site.

Target is a shithole and I left that shithole after 5 years. I almost got to the point of bringing a shotgun to work but thank god I left. Karma will strike to all who as done wrong to me. I will get my revenge.
I was told before getting hired on that I'd be working 35-40 hours a week. Now, after several months have passed, I'm down to 18 hours a week because I called out the pathetic excuses that are LODs for not responding to calls over the walkie. This is a job, not some goddamn popularity contest. It's almost like I'm back in high school again.
And I agree, the REDcards are total bullshit. If it was really something Target was offering to better their customers, it wouldn't be required or forced upon employees. "Guests" will come to Target -if- they want one. By having us ask them over and over again, all we're doing is driving their business elsewhere. But I guess Target doesn't care so long as their profits keep rising and Mr. Steinhafel is able to get his $19 million paycheck every year. (While the rest of us struggle to get by on maybe $8-12k a year, unless you're a TL, ETL or LOD).
lol, i don't even ask, and i get people asking to sign up for one. And i don't see the point in saving 5% off my bill when the prices are higher than everyone else.
