I hate target soo much (:
I started working for target in 2017 during thanksgiving at first I liked cause everyone was nice and the team really helped out. Then like 2 weeks later everything sucked the leads would get on my ass about every little thing and how I had to leave a good zone and don’t get me started during Christmas season we would have a ton of go backs and leave like 10 carts full of stuff well one of the leads yelled at me in front of everyone because my 3 areas had the most go backs ? half of the things came from other areas anyways I wanted to leave but I desperately needed money. I would go in on my days off so I could keep the job anyways I guess they saw that I had “potential” I would close and go in at 630pm to 10pm and they would have like dozens of tasks for me to do half the time I wouldn’t finish cause it was too much? and then came our reviews and they literally gave me a 5 cent raise cause according to the store director I wasn’t a “team player” or “would never do my work” like wtf asshole I was the one that they would constantly pick on to cover electronics 30min lunch while I had to finish my 3 areas and then the person would almost take an hour to come back from lunch. I have more things that have happened but I dont want to bore any of you anyways I hate that they chose me to train newbies because when they get left on their own and don’t do good the blame goes to me yay. I hate that they try to make you do like thousands of tasks in a 4hours shift like chill theres only one me and I can only do so damn much plus the guest are rude af

That's why Tarshit declared bankruptcy rather than give a wage increase in Canada. Canadian provinces across the board enacted a mandatory min wage increase 10 to 75 cents nationwide. Every province and territory target was in had a wage increase.
