Fucking service laps…

Our store has these things called service laps where every hour on the hour you are required to walk around your department and ask guests CIHYFS?. My philosophy has always been we are always suppose to be helping guests, not just once at the start of every hour as if that is the time most guests need our help.

I work in Electronics and have always been instructed to be around “the boat” to help guests. It allows me to be visible to guests and its where most guests automatically go to when they have a question. Then, my fucking troll of a TL(seriously she is a fat, little hobbit. 4 feet tall and 200 lbs who waddles when she walks) coaches me that I’m not zoning or cleaning even when there are multiple guests looking at cameras and cell phones. She says guest service is reserved for the service laps and I should be constantly cleaning up my department. She seriously has been stalking me since then. I can’t even go to an aisle to fart without her peering around the corner to ask what you are doing.

Fuck her, Fuck the service laps, and Fuck Target.
