I hate you with a passion and I can’t say it enough! Starting from the STL to all her little ugly ducklings following behind her like lost little puppies. Only cause they have to not because they want to. They have to kiss ass and worship the ground she walks on.
Theyre all the same kind of like programmed little robots, saying yes master! I really wanna say exactly what I know about each and everyone one of them but I don’t wanna get anyone in trouble because the ETL’s start blaming people and find an excuse to write them up.
Oh and today they had a “salsa” contest to see who made the best salsa can you believe that shit lol, get a life! No one else was involved but the same people nothing but TL’s, ETL’s and senior team leads, give me a break is that really a “team” event? That doesn’t sound FFF to me.

Why don’t you guys have a competition about which Etl gets the most red cards come on bust your ass for once, lead by example on a store activity level not some lame ass chili cook off or salsa contest.
Great way to milk the clock by hanging out in the break room to have people sample your shit. Too bad corporate doesn’t see video footage of how the ETL’s “work” fucking joke.

(0) Two-face managers runs deep in this store. From the front lanes manager to the back of the store manager. All in all they’re all the same nothing differs one from another. The only one that has a good head on his shoulders is the manager of AP. He’s a swell guy with heart.
Everyone else starting with the 26yr old store manager are a bunch of wackos!
Mommy and daddy paid for your awesome career and that’s all good just don’t come into the corporate world thinking you’re better than everyone else especially the ones under you which I’m referring to regular hourly paid team members.
Show a little but if FFF towards your employees maybe then your store can be in better spirits. Just saying.

There’s this older last that annoys the hell out of me and even if I try to avoid her I can still hear her and her annoying laugh. She ALWAYS talks about her grand kids same fucking story over and over again. Then she offers the damn red card thing and that is annoying too. All the cashiers sound like they’re programmed to offer that damn thing, I bet 98% of the customers feel the same way I do about that harassment we get EVERY TIME we shop there.
Can we just please shop in peace? Now that would be great customer service!
