I’M A CASHIER…..I HAVE THIS ONE GSTL WHO CONSTANTLY HARASSES ME ABOUT THESE DAMN RED CARDS EVERY 5 MINUTES I’M ASKED IF I GOT ONE YET..ITS LIKE WTF DO U HAVE A MY DEVICE FOR??? IF I GET ONE YOU WILL FIND OUT!!! ASKING ME WONT CHANGE SHIT!

(2) I have a question!!! When trying to change availability I have been told that I HAVE to be available and open to close! Is every store like this or is it just mine? Or is this an issue I need to take up with the corporate office? It makes me feel like I am in some kind of jail! I have never heard of a job telling their employees that it’s mandatory that they are available. In past jobs the most they could do was just cut your hours but not target!

And how management makes its their business to make u feel like your not doing your job if u don’t get a guest to apply for one!! Every week I’m pulled aside to go over my numbers for the previous week….NOW!!! If today I get 2 red cards I’m patted on my back and told good job!!! NOW if tomorrow I get 2 more the same kind of reconignition is given I might even get a prize (whoopi damn do fuck a free lunch give me some days off with pay fuck outta here!)…but if those are my only two for the week…I’m told that’s not good enough and I need to do better…am I the only person who sees something wrong with this??? Then I’m pulled aside occasionally to tell the GSTL about an amazing guest experience…
Likes(25)Dislikes(4) I have this one ETL who have a stupid habit of waiting until she see’s me with a guest to hop her little fluffy ass over to my register and proceeds to PRETEND to be helping me bag the customers items and then tries forcing a red card down their damn throat!! And when they decline she says okay and walks away….well bitch wasn’t u just helping me bag well wtf happened??? It’s uncomfortable and makes me look as if I’m not doing my job!! Then there’s this other one who does the same shit!!!! If it’s that damn serious maybe you shouldn’t be a ETL but yet a CASHIER!!
