Just finished the annual cult convention in Minneapolis Tarshit puts on every year. Nice to see Taylor Swift, Jamie Foxx and Coldplay perform at this years event but couldn’t help feel how much money is wasted on propping the cult (every STL flies out, hotels, meals, drinks etc etc) while the stores cut costs at the expense of the TMs wages.

(4) I made a trip to Vancouver Island and visited both Targ stores in Victoria and the one in Nanaimo yesterday and today. I cant believe the emptiness and that each was in a state of redville. And I thought the Vancouver stores were bad. Out of stocks were rampant and store conditions were deplorable (is there a way to attach pictures to this site?). I talked to TM’s and a TL and their response was it was busy last weekend and they hadn’t been able to recover or fill the shelves.
Likes(18)Dislikes(5) Let’s take a stand and do what we should be doing. If we are disgruntled with our employer, no longer feeling respected or valued as an employee or as a person, let’s make the effort to find other employ making our lives better while inconveniencing Target.
Likes(28)Dislikes(7) Went into 4 Vancouver, BC area Targets this week and same problems are continuing to occur despite senior executives insisting in media that notable improvements are happening. There are huge out of stocks in toys, back to school, baby, storage, home and basics.

It looks like they pushed their worst leaders north of the border just to get rid of them. Disrespectful, arrogant and unknowing. As a STL I get first hand visibility to their uselessness. Quotas for Pdd’s and CCA’s are the norm and stores are rated on this so if you get one, know the management is excited to add another notch to their list.
