Hey all. I know im late on posting an update but I did
talk to my dumbass team leader about why I was fired. It was not because of the 90 day shit. According to them I was not fast enough when it came to stocking. I guess busting my ass every fucking day was not fast enough for them.

When the time comes Cartman, when you eventually get the unfair treatment from Tarshit and get the boot, don't come crying here. You will not get any sympathy. If I didn't know any better, I'd suspect you work for corporate. If you really think Tarshit is your dream job, you have more problems than anyone I have encountered.

We have all warned you on here eventually you will get the boot from Target and it won't be fun. I was in your shoes once, Target was my college job. I held the job during a period that was the greatest time of my life, so I felt like I could love my job a few years ago. Then the honeymoon ended and I started seeing it for what it really is when shit started going down. You may be a punk, but you can't turn that around and maybe leave Target when you can instead of getting the boot because eventually it will happen. Tarshit sees all of its employees as tissues.

Last year was the toughest year of my life and I survived it, if you had to go through what I did, you'd start crying after five minutes. Target sets goals that are impossible to meet. Learned that the hard way. It's not you cypress22 it's them. Don't take it personal. In the long run you will be better off. Target is a sinking ship, why stay on board when you can jump ship? Oh and apologies for blowing up your board here, someone had to attempt to straighten out FartMan and in turn he took advantage of my bad temper. Hopefully he won't be on here much longer.

This shit is hilarious. Cartman is likely a troll who hates his life and his job, so he comes in here and acts like some badass. There is no way that this troll works for corporate. He might be a TL, though, since most of them kiss ass and really don't know what the hell they are doing (my TL's are by and large, very good, but others....not so much). There is no way that he is an ETL, either. Gotta love the internet tough guys on here, though. I won't claim to be able to kick anyone's ass, but I bet some of the crap spewed on here would not be said in person.
Anyway, that's some BS. Either you had a crappy leader, or you half-assed. I will assume that you worked hard and that your leadership just sucks. I assume that you worked for the Flow Team (that's where I work); they will never find people who are fast enough if they keep firing people. The problem is, it takes 2-3 months for a Flow TM to really be able to achieve the level of speed that is needed. Why waste the time to keep training new hires, have them work, and then fire them? This is my second job; therefore, I don't care if they fire me, but they won't. If you have a crappy TL, then they need to be fired. The constant firing of TM's reflects badly on the TL's. I am a manager at my other job (a non-retail firm), and I am trying to earn extra money to pay off debts (I applied for an ETL position and was offered a position, but I had to move 100 miles away; I am so glad that I declined, even though it makes more money overall). I have hired many, and have fired few; this is how it should work. Our ETL had a huddle and he, in-a-more-elaborate-fashion said, "you suck; speed up, or we'll find someone who will, because our process is as poor as ever". With the insane amount of turnover, how are we expected to maintain speed when we are constantly replacing people (I have been there 10 weeks, and I have recently been able to work at a satisfactory speed; I have experience, so I was able to pick-it-up faster)?
