Turnover….

I was employed with Target for roughly 8 years.  In that time, we went through 8,000 employees. That is no typo or no joke! 8,000 employees. Some worked there for years and quit. Some got interviewed and never showed up for their first day(the smart ones).  Anyone else’s hellhole have this kind of turnover?

  Turn over is typically of retail similar to Wal-mart. I've personal went through at least 3 different STL's during my 5 year tenure at Target and many different ETL's and of course many many many different team members.

  Sometimes, I'll be assisting an angry customer and wonder what happened to that one cashier I haven't seen in weeks... I'll wonder if our schedules just haven't been matching up, or they switched departments, or if they quit. Every time I come in for work, I see new faces.
