Target doesn’t know when to take a hint.
So apparently Tarshit’s recovery plan got rejected by courts. Well Ontario courts rejected it anyways.
Looks like target attempted to weasel out of more stuff again. Apparently their so called plan would have released Target Corp. from having to guarantee future lost rents for some landlords.
“Target Canada argued that its plan would maximize creditor recovery and allow the controlled and orderly winding down of Target Canada in a timely manner “without protracted litigation and delay, which could detrimentally impact the recovery from the estate,” it said. Its lawyers could not be reached on Wednesday.”
I guess they haven’t figured it out yet lol. That there are actually entire communities that won’t take their shit.
And if the first failure wasn’t enough, Target is attempting to try again. Target Canada expansion take 2.

Except maybe they should pay their bills and stop attempting to weasel out of paying it. Guess tarshit management was high on something again.

Canada colonies like Ontario will likely take this to United States congress in question of paying back fees and finance problems target caused to Canada. I'd make a letter to United States congress address or president.
