Target Sucks - We Hate Target and We Know We're Not Alone.

HEY so you know how they harass us cashiers to get people┬áto take those surveys at the bottom of the receipt? I have found a solution although I don’t know if it’s allowed. just ask the guest if they want their receipt and sometimes they’ll say no, so just keep the receipt, save it for later, and take the survey yourself and give yourself excellent ratings. Anyone know if we can get in trouble for this, or if they have any way of knowing it’s actually us taking the survey and not the actual guests??

    A while ago my store managers told us to stop mentioning the surveys. I'm not sure why honestly. If you're doing that, I suggest changing your ip address and vary your typing pattern and such if you write comments. Not that I need to do this to improve my score amongst guest surveys or anything because I do my shit well lol.

    I'd get out asap. I'm close to getting out for good I tend to think ha ha.

    I do my shit well too, I just don't like to tell the guests to do a million different things just so I can reap the benefits cause let's be real, no one ever wins those surveys, the cartwheel app is a waste of time, and the red cards barely save you any money. There's about a million things they tell us to talk to the guests about at my store and I'm not the type of person to push people into doing something they're not comfortable with so I usually just have a casual friendly conversation unrelated to red cards, surveys and other B.S :p so maybe I don't do my shit well.. but I think I do.
