Hate target but need to transfer
I am moving to another state soon and need to transfer. I don’t want to stay at target but need income until i find a new job. I have a write up on my record. I work in the cafe area and you’re not allowed to wear jewelry . I would honestly forget i had my earrings in sometimes and was given warnings and they wrote me up. I have called out a few times due to being sick and they tell you if you are sick stay home cause we work around food. But Any comments ? Will this hurt my transfer ??

Don't sweat it. Either they'll transfer you or they won't. If they don't, you're better off, and you'll be able to spend the time you need to find another job. Or if you have bad luck, they'll transfer you just fine and you'll still be working for Target.
If you've only been written up once and have no unexcused absences you should be fine. I've known people with far worse who have managed to transfer successfully, though I don't believe any of them work at Target anymore.
But seriously, do some job hunting prior to moving and see if you can find an employer who is willing to work with you. Target isn't worth your time, especially if you have a chance to escape.
I transferred to another Target once. This way you keep your current wage per hour. Cause if you leave and than apply again, they put you down to normal like you never knew Target at all. The only good thing about Target is a small pay increase every year.
