You're going to have a bunch of educated people up at the top with no common sense running Target. The need a college education on common sense and how to be people persons. Vote for me, I'll make Target a better place to work. I have common sense and I'm a people person. You don't have to kiss my ass. If you do, then you are fired. The corrective action would go a little like this:
Me: I'm sorry I'm going to have to let you go.
Employee: What did I do for you to fire me?
Me: You decide to kiss my ass and I do not allow that with this company. I want you to be the best you that you can possibly be. You are not my robot and you have a mind of your own. I wanted you to use it.
That would be me. If you have any ideas then tell me and see where it goes.
