Does being a GSA look good on a resume? I want and need a job somewhere else…
GSA is not really the greatest position at the store I work in but I’m not gonna complain too much because it can always be worst. I hate “pushing” cashiers and “pushing” guests to apply for red cards. The store has had the highest turnover (including management) i’ve ever seen since I started a few years ago. I’m pretty sure the management is looking to drop me after fourth quarter…so i’m kinda wondering if having a Psyche BA and GSA experience counts for anything, in regards to to looking for a new job. I am now mentally exhausted and I don’t think I can give my full effort to this company any longer. I’m tired of being disrespect by cashiers, guests, and team leads/ETLs. I’m tired of disrespecting cashiers, ‘guests, and team leads/ETLs. The only reason I’m still there is because I don’t wanna screw over the team before Black Thursday (i mean Friday) and the holiday rush. I’m just curious as if I can count being a GSA as management/supervisor experience. Thanks in advance for any advice. Love live life.

I would personally tell Target to get fucked on Thanksgiving and Black Friday, and I believe everyone else here would, too.
think of it as target getting desperate because their canadian expansion isn't doing as well as they thought
I was a GSA for all of 4 months before I quit. It did look good on my resume. Got me a much better job with better pay. But I wouldn't recommend being a GSA for longer than that. Unless you somehow enjoy being treated like SHIT for $9/hr.
