I hate the LOD’s and STL at my Store what to do?
Okay I used to love target and not only did I like shopping there but the employees were always really cool…until I started working there.
It was all REALLY good up until like my 2nd month working here, one of my coworkers became really into me and we hit off nicely, up until I learned she was dating one of the current LOD’s (who was a dick btw). So this certain LOD and his coworkers (ALL LODS may I add) began to one by one show their true colors towards me. Her boyfriend began attempting to write me up for things that she would also do such as not clean up or label correctly (keep in mind I was there for 2 months and hadn’t completely learned everything), and then report to my TL who would also question why he didn’t write BOTH of us up. Jealousy. So then 3 other LOD’s and an AP lod would continue to fuck with me and try to write me up for shit, I was asked to work 2 areas one of which I never worked before all at once because someone went home sick that day, and so the next day I was written up for messing up too many times in the area I never worked by one of the LOD’s. bull fucking shit. Now the AP guy would every once in a while be a closing LOD and have to check my area at night and sign off, he would always play me and just sign and then tell the fucking STL that I didn’t do a good job so I would get “coached” on that too, but one day I asked him to actually check (in front of 5 of my coworkers may I add…I was feeling bold) and he said “If you do your job and follow the checklist then I never have to check do I?” and walked off. fuck that guy. and I recorded him saying it. SO the kicker here is one night, the same LOD who was dating my coworker and 2 of his friends including the AP LOD were ALL closing LOD’s one night in preparing for Steriletech to visit, and they all 3 checked me out that night and said I did a great job closing, and I had followed my fucking checklist to a T because I was a pro at this shit at this point, and I went home. The next day my TL calls me up freaking out saying that I left some shit plugged in and some other stuff on which was bullshit because I always take pics of my area before leaving for this exact reason, and she said you’re getting fired by the STL so I showed my pictures and just so happens the footage of my area that night had just so happened to disappear according to the AP Lod the next day…. what the fuck should I do? these fuckers tried to set me up for a fire.

find a new job, try to transfer. Get out of there.
Yeah, definitely get the hell out of there if you can. Wish I could say take them to court but it may be hard to prove anything since they will destroy any video evidence if they can and not worth your time or money or energy to fight those bastards. Target is full of cliques and bullshit like this.
