I went through the proper complaints process. I have been with target for almost 10 years now and I know the process. When I had a major complaint about an ETL I went to HR and to the STL. The STL turned it around on me like this poster did and tried to blame me. I know what I am doing and I am good at what I do but rather than see a possible problem with the ETL they band together and blame the team member. I am now getting my hours cut and I am quite sure that it is retaliation for my complaints. This person has no clue as to the abuses that are perpetrated by management or is part of that management process that doesn't want "Open Communication" as they say they do.
Dude, dude, dude. I complain here because I have compained to my managers and leaders a lot and they just say oh well that's tough that you don't like this job we're not going to help you. Seriously that's what they said to me. So why still work there than, I'm fucked up so bad right?! Wrong. I hate the job but I need the job to have money. Plus that I can't drive because of vision and hearing problems I have so I live close to a Target so it's easy to walk there. 2 major reasons I won't quit any time soon. Yes I hate it, I've tried to get help talking to managers and even headquarters of Target in Minneapolis, MN. But guess what? They didn't help one fucking bit. So I have to keep the job for 1. money and 2. I can't drive and it's close enough to walk to. There you go. How does it feel now when a slightly handicaped person has proved his point? Exactly! Target leads have no real education , the IAMADOUCHE who posted this is def a lead. It's funny bc I worked at target bc I wanted some extra $ not needed it, I was harassed, forced, manipulated, judged, and called things hat were a violation of my civil rights.
I rarely read about complaints about the teams just the leads or management so it's not the basic store employees it's your regime of manger
Also i called out the team leads said how dissasisfied I was with their nasty attitudes, how they don't have an ounce of humanity that hey we're terrible people and should not be our managers.
I was never fired I quit
