So I was hired as a “Full-Time” Overnight Flow Team Member at the Super Target #2220 in Norman Oklahoma. I quickly realized that Target’s definition of “Full-Time” is 20 – 25 hours per week. WTF? Thanks a lot for telling me during the interview so I could have politely said “Fuck no I can’t live off of $8K per year!” Oh, but wait…I forgot Target loves to supplement your poverty wage with get benefits like a free cupcake or honeybun in the break-room. Due to the insanely low hours you will be scheduled you will likely never see any real benefits (401K, sick time. etc.) materialize working for Target, so Invest your break-room junk food wisely!
