Worst Place Ever
So I was informed that I was fired from target but they were going to keep me on, I was just out of the system. They gave me hours on slips of papers and when I got my paycheck it was only $98 for a 32 hour week at $10.50 an hour. I checked the written schedule they swapped it saying I only worked 12 hours that week. Very unprofessional and very scandalous, would never recommend them to anyone for a job. It’s clear to see why they’re so anti union.

Wait so they "fired" you yet "kept" you on? There's clearly some details missing here. Can you elaborate more as to how on earth you came to this arrangement? If what is being said here is true, there's definitely legal issues here. I'm certain that lawyers would LOVE to get their hands on your case.
And btw if someone fires you, that NEVER means you continue doing work for them "under the table" or otherwise. It means you're no longer an employee and no longer do any labor for them period. You either find another job or do something else with your time.
heh maybe headquarters wanted them to fire someone but they couldn't fire anyone or they wouldn't have the man power. so tarshit opted for this arrangement.
They screwed you over man. If that ever happened to me I would for sure ask why in the hell am I not being paid for my hours I worked and gave the paper in for? Than I would instantly quit after confirmation of hour time for money.
Based on your description, what they did is illegal, and against the 13th amendment. Assuming that you actually worked the hours, and they knowingly refused to pay you for them. Everything else sounds fishy.
