The Goddamned Audacity of a Brand New STL
This fat, fat fuck has only been here a couple weeks. Barely enough time to piss on everyone to mark his new territory meet everyone. He’s already chewing out GSTLs and TLs for things that didn’t even happen while they were working. Yeah, I don’t make salary. I don’t have to give two shits about this place when I clock out. He made a GSTL cry (in front of everyone) right as she walked through the door after two days off for a promotion not being set up. He’s micro-managing the hell out of everyone. I REALLY want to say more, but don’t want to get into specifics about myself, because the fat fuck probably reads this shit.
This guy is always panting because of how fat he is. Man, you can’t even breathe and you’re trying to tell me how to do my job. smdh.

That's some shitty leadership; maybe he's there to "clean up the mess". If that's the case, then it should be no surprise that the leaders are catching the heat. I applied for an ETL position; got interviewed, and was offered, but turned it down, in favor of another management position which paid slightly less, but didn't force me to relocate. Did the other STL get fired? This is a very similar scenario that I witnessed at my old job. A store manager was forced to transfer, and another store manager took over, and tried to run off everyone under the previous leadership. Since I was in leadership, she tried to bully me, until I resigned after filing a lengthy complaint (I was going to get fired for some BS). I hate micro-managers; they can kiss my ass.
Sounds exactly like this new ETL at my store. One of my Seniors will walk the floor an hour early to make sure everything is perfect so she doesn't get chewed out for 3 hours after she hands off the store. She's pretty much ensuring all of our good workers quit because they don't want to put up with her bullshit.
Now about 80% of the people I work with don't do their job, and it all falls on the team leads and myself to get everything done. I'm actually surprised our TL's have stuck around with all the shit they put up with.
