The Employee Survey!!
just when you think you’ve heard it all they come out with the employee survey. Holy cow i have never
seen anything so funny in my entire life. Yeah… They want “feedback” so they can make improvements. Seriously these people are so far off the mark where would someone even begin?? Not to mention the fact that most people know not to provide anything remotely honest when asked for feedback because all people want to hear is that things are great! When you don’t pay people a living wage or provide consistent hours nothing else really matters. People work for a paycheck most to pay bills and if they aren’t able to pay basic living expenses don’t expect good morale. Target is a blight on society.

I just all good but last question bad. Forgot what it was but something about do we have good leadership and I said absolutly not.
Same I've been with target 5 years I can't believe already feels like I barely started the way they treat you now we're called advocates no more cashier's they expect now thanking each guest push surveys as well the red cards we got to do carts if there's no cart attendant clean spills including vomit ect if no cart person who handles that I'm like yeah right I'm going to touch any blood vomit 😠😷 😫 they better think twice as for the red cards they will get one when I'm ready I don't even do surveys I just ring them up fast I'm a fast checker and tell them have a good day is it there lucky they get a hi if I'm in a good mood people are rude and mean at my target they won't move me up because I'm the fastest checker I'm the only one who gets the lines down fast if I'm off the floor helping a guest like the other day my stl had a heart attack where's Steve why is there only one checker don't ever leave the front end again ect target is to funny the way things go and safest thing I trained my stl he knew shit before he got the position and all my gsa's ðŸ˜
I can't wait to give my feedback. It's not even the leadership, or the other BS, because it happens everywhere. However, I would like to see the lateral micro-management go away. My flow team has 13 team leaders and three team members. People who suck at their job are found telling the good workers what to do. I tell them to "worry about themselves", then they get an attitude. People need to mind their business, and not worry about what anyone else is doing. I tell them off, and they get mad. Don't even get me started with the line......
