Target expects more work but sure pays less!
Theee worst company to ever work for. It’s corporate that has all these new policies and they did it to eliminate positions because now they have to compensate for those raises. They made themselves look good to the public, they needed something after the trans gender bathroom issue when people said they would stop shopping there. They wanted to look good so people had positive thoughts about them, it was all a publicity move. so in order to compensate for the raises they redid their policies and store positions and now we all have to do the work of 3 people. They bully, they discriminate and they play favorites. The management sucks and the work is overwhelming and corporate doesn’t give a shit about any of it, they just want money. Since I started working there I can’t pay my bills and I almost lost my house. They lower hours until your paycheck is nothing yet the management that makes 19 or so an hour can work all the hours and overtime they want. They look good on paper, offering to match your 401 K. I can barely afford food how can I put anything into a 401 K? They are horrible to their employees. I won’t even shop there, they don’t deserve to make a penny off me, they take enough away from me. I think we should file a class action law suit for all the dirty low down stuff they do to us. I am currently looking to find another job but it’s not easy due to heath issues. I wish something can be done about this, they shouldn’t be able to get away with this. I may talk to an attorney and see. If and when I do find another job, I will never shop there and I will go public as much as I can to let the public know.

I hope you're not blaming your problems on transgender bathrooms. That's pretty fucking lame.
I agree they don't give a damn about you at Target or they worry about is their money. You see I get paid $11 an hour when I was working there at the end you see they they give me corrective action and I didn't like that when I got back. I'm going to get paid to send my money as a people who just started working there and I don't think that's fair I've been there for I was there for almost 15 years and I think I deserve a lot more money than just $11 an hour so I understand how you feel about hours I can barely afford to pay my bills and I can barely afford to do anything with my money so I have another job. Nothing against Target but if you work at Target and you're not in LOD or a management you you should try to get another job if you're a grown-up you can't afford to work there and expect the pay bills you got to find a second job.
