T1415
Target 1415 in Wheaton Maryland is the worst of them all and should be closed for good. That place has the worst management u have ever seen they all act cocky and act like they can’t be touched. I recently got fired from that place for “no call no show” but I feel like it was unfair the way they fired me every time I tried to call off cause I was sick as a dog they would never answer my calls. I also learned that a few team members would have customers with no social security numbers type in a random number. Of course I went to the managers about this but they all seemed to have known about this cause they seemed way to calm about it but who knows if any red cards went through at all though.

Have you found a new job yet? I've heard Target is notorious for giving out bad references to potential employers once you are fired from there. I've applied for 15 different jobs once I was fired, a few of the places called me back and said they weren't going to hire me because they heard bad things about me from Target. A hospital that I volunteered at for five years(it was another reason that I wasn't hired on for the position, my age, they called and told me the story Target told them to give me a heads up) that I shoved a cart of groceries into a bunch of guests. Then they told another place(this one chose not to go with me because of what Target told them) that I called a couple of guests the "N" word. I don't know why Target feels like they need to make former employees life a living hell after they fired them. I'm getting sick of not having a job, being fired set back a lot of things like trying to go back to school. Once I get a new job, I'm going to cut my red card into tiny pieces and mail it to the CEO of Target.
Just don't use target as a reference when applying then
Libel and slander from a former employer are both against the law, so if you have been documenting the things that Target has been saying about you, you may be able to build a case against them.
This blog post from Alan Sklover has a step by step guide on how to go about litigation:

And to get a better idea of what libel and slander are (both being forms of defamation), give this a read:
http://defamation.laws.com/defamation-laws/libel-vs-slander
All an employer is legally allowed to say is "yes" or "no" to the question "would you hire this person again?" Anything beyond that is grounds for defamation.
Hope that helps!
