Sorry To Disagree
I recently started employment with Target, I just passed my 90 days. I have to say it may be the best company I have ever worked for. I am 36 and recently was laid off, and I was pleasantly surprised with my training & the attitude of my managers and co-workers. i plan on staying with Target for many more years. Their attention to customer service is admirable, other companies should pay attention, they might learn something.

No need to apologize. It is possible you work at an exceptional store. It's also possible you're still going through the honeymoon phase, and you will have a very different opinion in the future. I hope you're honest enough to share it when that day inevitably arrives.
What job do you have and what is your STL focused on? some want to be the best operationally in the district, some best at development.
I wonder if it's cartman in disguise

Didn't sound snide enough for me to think it was CartMan. They're either serious, or they're an employee that was asked to come on here and say that.
Ah, I remember my 90day review, I was so starry eyed, thought there was so much I could do with Target but well, even the ETL that did my review has left the company and the one I have now is so stressed out the bully in him has come out. Now I just want out.
I also remember my 90 day review. It only took 12 extra months of employment.
Yeah I was hoping to stay with Target for the years I'd be in college. I was so wrong. You'll experience regret soon enough.
Yeah I havent hit the 90 day review yet. I plan to leave one day after that golden day. I remember when I was excited to go to work- now i count down the minutes on the clock until I can go home.
