Seriously?
I am a team member of about 7 months now, a very hard worker, always kiss LODs asses, etc. I just called my store at 10 pm to tell them that I will not be able to be there in the morning. I am scheduled to work at 6 am and we are told to call 2+ hours before our shift starts, but no one is there to answer the phone UNTIL 6 am. And whenever someone calls out that early, they get mad. So I called ahead of time – trying to be considerate. I called and asked for an LOD, the women who answered the phone said that the LOD was busy and I told her to tell him over the walkie that I will not be in tomorrow. His response? “I’m not taking her call right now. She can call in the morning”. Does anyone else find this extremely ridiculous? Will he really count me as a no call/no show even though I literally called? I am so fed up with target and the shitty management and the shitty people and shitty hours.

One thing I don't do is while I'm working for somebody I don't kiss anybody's ass. You should not kiss anybody's ass that is not that should not be in your nature. That's just my opinion. If you can't make it in the next day I was just call at 6 in the morning instead of the night before because Target does not communicate with each other. One time I told Target that I had to go to the doctor's office that next morning and no one told the management in the morning that I had to go to the doctor's office. They just called my phone and said hey at that time and they said hey Rog, you're late for work you're supposed to be here. I told them didn't someone tell you that I had to go to the doctor's office to get something from the doctor that's very important to my health? The answer was no nobody never told me. So if you call in sick even if you're supposed to be there at 6 in the morning. Just call in at 6 in the morning. If they don't like it that's just f****** too bad that's the way I feel about it.
