what a joke this company is, have been trying for 2 years to remove bad information from my credit report, They have my name with an account number, but wrong social, might as well talk to the wall, I have tried to even pay whom ever has this debit off, they won’t even allow me to do this, I don’t even go in this store and I, tell everyone I see not to, hopefully they’ll fall like k-mart and service merchandice and such. I can wish, I made the mistake of getting a target card in 1996, close it 1999, this account was opened in 2004, can’t get anyone there to commit to anything they agree it’s not mine but can’t remove it, they out source people to check credit reports, that’s another topic. ok I’m done

Talk to someone at your bank. If they can't help you then talk to a lawyer. More likely than not no one at Target will help you so don't waste any more time trying to talk to them. Best of luck and as always FUCK TARGET.
pay your bills on time and you won't have to worry about bad marks on your credit.
