Red card = Insta Break
There’s this lady I swear each time she gets a red card she goes into the break room and takes like a 30 minute break. I Remember her the other day coming into the break room “Lod I just got a red card I’m taking a break” lmao most lazy employee I’ve ever seen. Sad thing is she will probably end up a team lead.

You're not too good at reading between the lines, are you? To me, you are either a sycophant or you are going for a TL position. We are not idiots; we are well aware of what constitutes a break and what constitutes a lunch. I don't hate my job but I am not blind to some of the BS that goes on. I also will not kiss ass to any TL. Anyone can be a TL at Target.
I was right her breaks were getting dragged on and she was rightfully terminated
