Quitting in a few weeks :)
8 years… 8 god damn years down the tubes at this horrible company. I’ve seen well managed teams go to total shit, because this company as a whole wanted to do nothing but take shortcuts. They punish loyalty and reward ignorance. I’m going to tell HR and a few ETL’s and TL’s exactly why I’m leaving. I’m going to give them the honest, professional version of the “I’m leaving because I’m fed up with your stupidity” speech. Fuck sugarcoating! I’m pissed, not afraid of these clowns, and telling them what they NEED to hear, not what they want to hear. I’ll let you all know how it goes in a few weeks.

I know, red cards, remember to ask as many guests as you can. If you're a cashier red cards and have a fast score. Sales floor get your search and put backs in fast, yet there's usually only 1 or maybe 2 for floor stock check during the day. You ask for a new position, they say no, you're not perfect yet, you have to be perfect and proficient at selling red cards before you can have any new position. You call in too much. Like what? I call maybe once every 3 months as I either get sick or am super tired sometimes, unknown reasons why, doctors been testing me for years. They play favoritism all the time, oh this person sells red cards good and kisses ass, so the GSTL goes over and says could you be a GSA leader of the front lanes while I go on my break. Yet the true ones who do more work like us never get to be leader of any kind. Target leaders just don't give any opportunity ever.
