Prices at register different than prices advertised
This happened many times at different stores. Just last night, I did buy a carton of 24 Dasani bottles advertised for $3.99 (regular price). At the register I was charged $4.99. Having not check my receipt, I would have been overcharged once again.
Publix grocery store has a policy that if you are charged a different price than the one advertised, the item is free. Publix do not overcharge at the register.
If Publix can do it, why is it that Target cannot do it ?That is why I avoid Target as much as I can.

File a complaint with the US Department of Weights and Measures. They can be severely fined.
Very true. I don't know what the fuck's up but literally over 30% of my guests say "well it was advertised as less than $10 of what you're charging" wtf. A few customers are obviously full of shit just because they wanna save a few dollars but I strongly believe Target is intentionally advertising falsely because they know once the guest is at check-out with the item they will want it whether it's a few dollars above the advertised price or not.
wonder if that's why they aren't observing scopa except in quebec
