New STL fucking up the store
Our new STL who hasn’t even been at our store for a month has decided to completely cut out the mid-shifts for Food Ave, Guest Service, Operator, and GSA. Hours have been drastically cut, very little full shifts and instead a bunch of half-shifts Why? Who the fuck knows, I’m pretty sure our store was performing well but apparently not?
Anyone who has complained about this(a lot of people) the dumb cunt has told them if they don’t like it they can quit(which some people are planning on doing).
It’s funny how quickly the store takes a nose dive, hey Nicole if you are reading this, you are a former ETL of AP, I don’t know how you got STL but you are in over your head.

It's likely because of less people coming in the store to buy things. Many people around the nation are not liking the target policy of allowing transgender people use whatever bathroom they want and are against it as a man can simply go into a womens restroom and rape a woman or girl. It's happened and has been reported by Flush Target the group that is currently going around rioting against target because of the rapes and target transgender danger it is causing. That may be the number one reason the STL is being less people oh no we need to cut hours.
I wouldn't be surprised if she slept her way up to STL.
