NCNS or Two Weeks?
Okay so long story short I plan on quitting Target, even though I’ve only worked there for about a month. I’ve run into multiple issues with our HR guy and he’s genuinely just an asshole and just makes me dread going to work every time I’m scheduled and berates me every time I do go for not knowing what to do, even though nobody has made an effort to train me.
I found another job this week, and typed up my two weeks, but the thought of having to confront somebody tomorrow is giving me so much anxiety that I can’t sleep and Target is not something that I should be stressed about all the time.
My question is is it even worth it to go in tomorrow to put in my two weeks and finish out the next couple of weeks or should I just ncns 3 times? Next week is move-in day for freshman (college town) so I don’t wanna cause more stress for my fellow team members, but I also don’t know if I can handle it myself. Thoughts?

Is tarshit going on your resume? If not, fuck 'em. BUT if you do go in and quit (fuck two weeks, show up for your shift, and quit in person) - post it online! 🙂 "Fuck you, fuck you, and FUuuUUCK you - I quit!!!"
I'm sure target is used to employees quitting so I wouldn't worry about it at all. I would give them two weeks just so it doesn't cause trouble for other people in your department however I wouldn't put a job I was at for only one month on my resume so you could ditch as well it's up to you.
You have only worked there a month! Giving them two weeks notice would be a joke. You're actually in a probationary period of 90-days if they don't like you they won't keep you on and give you zero notice! The only positive thing about it is you're currently employed and other employers like that when hiring someone. They won't consider it relevant work experience unless you've been there 6-months or longer.
