Major Frustration
Just found this site. Read the first two pages. Saw lots of frustration towards TLs posted. However, I hope I’m not the only TL out there that is experiencing some major bullshit. I genuinely care and make an effort.

I'm sure there's good TLs, and even good store managers too. Just because most of them are shit, doesn't mean all of them are.
It's like the apple in the barrel metaphor, except most of the barrel is rotten and the good ones go unnoticed.
